Cannot use any of the tools while playing on Tablet

Hello, I've been using samsung galaxy tab s6 with dex for the past year to play on roll 20 with no real issues.  but recently, ive been unable to use any of the tools, i can pan with two fingers but can't select or anything or move any tokens.  I've been using firefox browser if thats relevant, its just suddenly stopped working. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled everything etc, unsure what to do or why theres suddenly an issue.

Check for the possibility of an extension called Touch20. I know it exists for Chrome; it may for Firefox, and I have heard reports that it improves the touch experience for Roll20.
Same problem here, we’re a group of 5 using iPads (pro 2020, Air 4,…) and we experience the exact same problems. Tested with Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
I really hope this is something that can be resolved

Like 3 weeks ago, but I was the only one with the problem. I managed to make it playable by using the option to request the desktop website in the browser, but I couldn’t use the pan tool anymore, I had to use two fingers, but at least I could use the tools. Tonight all the players started encountering the problem you’re describing (me included), it’s possible to pan using two fingers but using the tools or moving the tokens is impossible. It’s basically unplayable.
Thats my situation exactly yeah its completely impossible. I really dont know what to do, but at least i know its not just me.

If this is a recently-developed issue (i.e. it was working until recently), a  Help Center Request  will probably get a more useful response.

Chrome,fixfox, and safari all yield the same result. The desktop site you cannot move things, and the mobile site you can’t select or draw at all. 
Seems like we all have the same issue, I submitted an urgent help center request, as stated above it is unplayable for those of us without access to a computer. 
I'm having the same issues. Did we get an answer from help center ?
Not yet, I have been checking pretty frequently. I’m lucky enough that I prepped before this issue occurred. I’m thankful that at least the mobile site lets me change maps. Still, it’s going to be painful without being able to select or move tokens.
Hi Guys ! Same issues there for me and my players, using tablet (iPad Pro, iPad), or phone (iPhone). Try with different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), but same result... Impossible to select an item, and impossible to play... Following this thread with big interest...
Same issue here. My friends are using cellphones and can't move the tokens at all. Also the map is completely dark after it loads plus got some connection issues. =/

Still no update, anyone have anything? 
One of us used an iPad and she had different problems using roll20. Changing to other browser on iPad(and othe iOS devices) does not help, because all of them have to use the unsupported safari rendering engine from Apple. Apple does not allow to use other engines. We have much better expieriences with Android tablets using chrome.

Did anyone try this Touch20 extension? One of my players uses an ipad, and I wonder is he should be using that. Just to be able to play.
Workaround for those that need this working (Android based devices) - Install the app "Kiwi Browser" (this allows chrome extensions) - Install the touch20 extension - Force desktop view in Kiwi (thanks for the idea, Laurent)
Anything for apple based devices? It’s frustrating as up until a couple days ago the mobile version of the site worked almost flawlessly.

Unfortunately, as a friend of mine likes to say, "All iOS browsers are Safari in a trenchcoat". I don't think there is any Apple client-side iOS solution here. I have done what I can to shed light on this. The dev team is aware. I don't know if this is an easy solution or not, but it would be nice to have a team member respond.
I agree, the part that really bugs me is that three days ago or so it worked perfectly fine. It goes from a functional replacement to completely broken overnight. 
I got a reply to my ticket: ”  Hi there, Thanks for reaching out about this. We've received several reports of browsers on a variety of mobile devices not allowing users to interact with the VTT. We're currently looking into the issue but an ETA is not available at this time. Any updates about these issues will be made available on our Forums and via the  Change Log . Thank you, Eve”
Have we had any update on this really annoying that I can do things that I used to on my IPad 
I’m guessing us ios users aren’t important enough to get problem resolved. I still can’t do a right click on iPad. Can we have an update please.
