2 people playing from same internet connection doesn't work.

Hi, I know this isn't a bug as such, but maybe there is a solution. We have a couple in our group that play from the same internet connection, and therefore the same IP. We can only ever get one on at a time for vid and voice, which forces us onto other comms. Its annoying as I'd like to be able to see their faces when playing. On the other end of the spectrum we had a mate log in to do a character sheet from work, left his browser open and went home. When he logged on at home he had both his home cam and sound, plus his work cam and sound showing above his name. Is there anyway around the first problem without running a remote IP for one of them?

FWIW, my roommate and I are in a campaign where we're sharing a computer, and we've got a single microphone picking us both up. (However, it's a nice microphone that's able to pick up multiple people well, not a simple $30 thing from Office Depot or something.)
Yeh I suggested that but they are on seperate computers and TS is easier.
I'm no expert on Tokbox and it's limits, but have you tried using Google Hangout? It allows for voice+cam too on the same screen as Roll20 and it might be able to handle the same IP problem.

TokBox doesn't seem to like two people sharing the same connection. I have this same problem so I just use hangouts.
