I put it to a vote and the players voted for Call of Cthulhu , 7th Edition from Chaosium; so that's what we're playing -- this Saturday. And You are welcome to join us! Again, this is a one-time session, a game day to have fun and socialize. We'll be using the modules The Lightless Beacon & Edge of Darkness . Characters will be the pre-made ones supplied with the modules. But there's an option to create your own character by going through the solo module, Alone Against The Flames in advance of the game day session. (Those confident in their ability to go through character creation can skip the solo module -- but I still recommend it, as it's a lot of fun). We have a video guide to go through character creation for those opting for the latter. As always for my games, the primary rules for interaction are courtesy, patience, acceptance, tolerance, and having respect for everyone. Newbies are welcome. Games are always free. Having the rules is never required. And for one-off social games like this, characters will be provided. All you need to do is show up, ready to have some fun.
