I'm a huge fan of the 80's show Airwolf and have been toying with the idea of doing either a continuation of the original story or a reimagining in the modern day using a system that handles modern day stuff like possibly Modern AGE. What do you all think of this? Would you be up for a game like this?

Absolutely loved that show, second only to Knight Rider. That said...#StreetHawk is a distant 3rd. Not sure that I'd be interested in such a campaign, but I'd be interested in hearing more just in case that makes me interested. :)
