Trouble with Compendium

I have recently purchased Curse of Strahd on Roll20 for access to the monsters and other items from the compendium. However, I am unable to see any of the Curse of Strahd items from the compendium unless I specifically create a game for that module. I am able to load monsters/items from other modules but Curse of Strahd is nowhere to be found. Is this simple a bug or is there a way to work around this? Thanks

If Curse of Strahd is a truly a Module and not an Add On or a Compendium (they are three different things). Since you are a Pro subscriber, then the only work around would be to create a game from the module and then transmogrify things into the game or from that game into the game where you want the content. But Modules function that way...you must create a game from the module. Add Ons can be added to an existing game, as can Compendiums (which gives you drag and drop capabilities for different things like monsters, or special abilities, etc), but Compendiums aren't typically adventures, though they may be bundled with one.

To add to Finderski's excellent advice, the reason for this is that Curse of Strahd was one of the first D&D adventures converted to a Roll20 module. When Roll20 first started doing this, the compendium was in its infancy and didn't allow for small module updates like this. More recent modules, like Wild beyond the Witchlight, take advantage of a more capable compendium backend to provide a compendium expansion with the content as well.
