Unable to download purchased product.

I just joined and made first purchase today. I ran into a problem trying to download it. Operating System:MS Windows 8. Screen Resolution: 1366x768. &nbsp;Web Browser: Chrome 25.0.1364.172 &nbsp;Browser Size: 1366x600. Color Depth: 32 Bit. Java Script:enabled. Thank you for reporting this. I have deleted the IP address from your post. &nbsp; It appears that only the package as a whole will not download although the individual tokens can be downloaded. Until the problem is resolved I suggest downloading the individual tokens.&nbsp; - Gauss

How do i go about downloading this as a package? All i can find is to be able to download individual tokens. Would truly appreciate any help in this matter. With much thanks, Kroedic
