Can a Player's Art Library be used to add Spell Area of Effect Tokens?

I play a Wizard through Camp D&D Online, so I play the same character with different DMs when I play on different days. I want to have spell area of effects available on Roll20, but I cannot add them to a session as a player. Is there a way to buy spell area of effect token pack from the Marketplace that I can use as a player? Or are tokens and art libraries only available to the DM?

Easiest thing would be to attach them as a character as a multisided rollable table token. The problem is, you, as a player, couldn't control the size. It would be easy enough to set something up with the API if your GM has a Pro level subscription, but you would likely need his cooperation.
No matter what size is controlled by the DM unless you have naughty tools or the DM has a pro sub and tokenmod installed.  If tokenmod is installed you should be able to make a spelltemplate set for your character pretty easily, its a mainstay script for all pro dm's pretty much,.

Here's an example of a macro/API setup that can do this: Video of Macro in action. Thread with code . Some of the code might need updating; it's a pretty old thread.

We just use a single character per pre-sized spell token.
