Entire Saltmarsh Campaign disorganised from folders.

My whole campaign notes and handouts etc have all been torn from their folders. The game is now unusable and an absolute waste of £40.

This might be fixable with a Rollback (since you are a Pro subscriber), or you can file a  Help Center Request . Be sure to mark the priority high.

Happened to me today as well. Tried rollback, but since it is a 'larger' campaign, it said it succeeded, but it actually failed to roll anything back... What is the point of a rollback function if it doesn't function when it is most useful (aka with a larger campaign)? Does Help Center have a more powerful rollback at their disposal or should I start sorting things manually?

You can try a  Help Center Request , but in my personal experience, a very large campaign can be unrecoverable due to timeout errors. If you can duplicate, my assumption would be that it can be rolled back, but I have not have good experiences with that feature. :/

A Rollback was impossible as you guessed. I asked for a refund of the Saltmarsh pack and they agreed to do so, but also deleted the entire campaign including all my notes. So that was super cool. They didn't warn me this was going to happen.
