The way this is worded, I'm assuming this is from the player perspective? If a player sees an entry with no name, it means they don't have permission to see the name. The GM can set this in the token, in the second tab. If a token is on the GM layer, it will not show up for players. The GM can move the token to the objects layer to allow them to be seen.
