Char Archive - Non-English?

Hi. My name is You Kim. I use roll20.net when I play ORPG. I was able to get chat archive in Korean, but now if I try all Koreans shows up as broken codes. It had no problem just few weeks ago but now it is doing this. Was this intended or bug? Thank you for reading this message. Have a nice day. 

I'm positive it was not intended for they are working on a business and there is no reason for them to alienate their users who in turn could turn into their pay base. More then likely it is just a bug that happened and they were not aware of what code they were working on broke something or caused a conflict.

Before all the chat archive supported Korean and Japanese.
