Warhammer FRP 4e Character Sheet and Compendium

The NPC's in the compendium are not created using the same sheet attributes as the official, Cubicle 7 sheet, so they do not appear in the game with helpful attributes such as token bar links set. (example: NPC's lack the bar1_l attribute) I note from previous threads that the Roll20 character sheet with Cubicle 7's name on it is famously poor and unsupported. It is still listed in Roll20 as the official sheet, however, along with the game publisher's name, so I have some expectations of it. With any other product that doesn't work, I would ask for my money back, but in this case I have no idea who is accountable. Cubicle 7 for not supporting their product on Roll20 properly, Roll20 for not checking or me for naively assuming this would work. What are our expectations of paid and unpaid content supposed to be?

I definitely understand the confusion and I appreciate you asking about this. Character Sheets that have the publisher's name associated with them are supported by the publisher and there should absolutely be an expectation of a quality product. If that's not the case for this sheet would you be willing to send in a request via the Help Center  detailing the troubles you're having with it? While I can't directly resolve these issues I can at least make sure that they're documented on my end so that we can bring them up with Cubicle7. As far as content purchased from the Marketplace we'll gladly honor our refund policy  if a product doesn't meet your expectations. On content converted internally we're also happy to investigate bugs and provide any needed fixes or patches. For Warhammer Fantasy Roleplaying products (or any other content that wasn't converted by our teams) any issues with the quality of the conversion itself should be directed to the publisher as the conversion to our platform was done on their end. This means that while we'll gladly assist them with any needed support any updates or patches to content will have to come from them. Hopefully this helps, please feel free to reach out through the help center if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Many thanks for your detailed reply. I will raise a ticket on the help center.
