I get stuck when trying to load my game, but my players don't

Hello, I have an issue where I keep getting stuck in the loading screen when I try to open my " The Whisper Out of Time (Strange Aeons part 4) #1 " game and my " [MASTER 2.0] TheRoar's "The Dragon's Demand" " game, but my players don't have this problem, and I can still enter my other games.

The only thing I can think of is if something is wrong with one of your maps in each game.  The problematic map would be the one you are on, while the player ribbon is somewhere else.  If you think the player ribbon is on a map other than what you are logging into, then it would be worth it for you to make a dummy free account.  Invite that account to the game.  If you can log into the game on the dummy account, then promote it to GM and delete the map you were working on (you could transmogrify it into a storage/testing game on your main account first to see if you can preserve your work).  Then see if you can log in on your main account again. Hopefully that will get you back in your game.  It is possible that you are running into some sort of issue with a combination of map size, number of dynamic lighting lines, amount of light sources, and the number of tokens with vision that need their sight calculated/rendered.  As GM, there is more going on and being calculated/rendered with your view of things than for a player.
The only times I have ever seen this was caused by the third party tools that nobody should be using interacting poorly with AFOW or Explorer Mode in UDL.  The solution is to log into a browser unmolested by those crappy third party tools and undo the DL settings for the page the DM is viewing.  If you are going to use those horrendously written tools, use 2 browsers, one with a clean setup and then another that has their tools installed so that when it breaks you still have a way of logging in.  You can actually detect players who have the tools installed by turning on AFOW on a map its kinda comical.

This used to be a fairly common occurence on very large maps with complex Dynamic Lighting. Improvements in code have made this rare now.
Hey there TheRoar, Do you recall the page you were trying to load when you started encountering this issue? We might be able to take a closer look. In some instances where it is page size as folks have mentioned, sometimes attempting with a different browser can give you the leeway to rectify an oversized map (Firefox is usually the go-to in this scenario). If this doesn't help, if you could run through the steps outlined in our article on Reporting a Bug

Thanks for that info! Checking in on the pages, it definitely does not seem that page size would be the contributor here. At this point, I would definitely re-recommend going through the article on  Reporting a Bug  and see if that helps resolve some issues. If not, the console log would be helpful to get an idea on what may be going on.

If not, the console log would be helpful to get an idea on what may be going on. I went through all of the steps listed in the linked " Reporting a Bug " article, and it did not seem to make any difference. The console log lists the two following issues: Refused to execute inline script because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "script-src 'self' 'unsafe-eval' 'nonce-vCbUdq4TLiS7yLfK' 'nonce-1SGbhXl1Edmd2733' <a href="https://cdn.roll20.net" rel="nofollow">https://cdn.roll20.net</a> &nbsp; <a href="https://www.datadoghq-browser-agent.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.datadoghq-browser-agent.com</a> <a href="http://cdn.inspectlet.com" rel="nofollow">http://cdn.inspectlet.com</a> https://*.googlesyndication.com https://*.doubleclick.net <a href="https://partner.googleadservices.com" rel="nofollow">https://partner.googleadservices.com</a> <a href="https://www.googletagservices.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.googletagservices.com</a> <a href="https://ssl.google-analytics.com" rel="nofollow">https://ssl.google-analytics.com</a> <a href="https://www.google-analytics.com" rel="nofollow">https://www.google-analytics.com</a> <a href="https://ajax.googleapis.com" rel="nofollow">https://ajax.googleapis.com</a> <a href="http://ajax.googleapis.com" rel="nofollow">http://ajax.googleapis.com</a> <a href="https://d3clqjduf2gvxg.cloudfront.net" rel="nofollow">https://d3clqjduf2gvxg.cloudfront.net</a> <a href="https://cdn.firebase.com" rel="nofollow">https://cdn.firebase.com</a> https://*.firebaseio.com https://*.tokbox.com https://*.opentok.com <a href="http://static.opentok.com" rel="nofollow">http://static.opentok.com</a> <a href="http://www.google-analytics.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.google-analytics.com</a> <a href="http://cdn.crowdin.com" rel="nofollow">http://cdn.crowdin.com</a> <a href="https://crowdin.com" rel="nofollow">https://crowdin.com</a> <a href="http://stun.l.google.com" rel="nofollow">http://stun.l.google.com</a> *.sentry-cdn.com https://*.fullstory.com <a href="https://cdn.userleap.com" rel="nofollow">https://cdn.userleap.com</a> ". Just to double check, does your console log stop at just those two entries? If there is more, a full log provides us a more complete picture.

Thank you for that full log! The Online/Offline of firebase makes me wonder about connectivity to firebase for these games for sure. The fact that it only seems to be affecting certain games would likely point towards specific &nbsp;connections not working. A few ideas that may help here. 1. Try copying the affected games and see if this alleviates the issues 2. Try accessing the game on your account but from a different device 3. A full &nbsp;cookie/cache flush to make sure that anything that might be interfering is cleared out. 4. A DNS flush may be warranted, or attempt using a different DNS provider ( Google Public DNS as an example) 5. You may wish to check with your ISP outside of this to see if there may be some blocker on their end that is interfering sporadically I tried to order these from what will require the least to most effort, I am hoping we can get this pinned down and figured out for you!
