Blank sheets being made

I recently copied my flagship session to share with a table member to let them host while I'm on break from the group and I fully setup the session's api's and everything is fine, but I noticed that everytime a player logged in a blank character sheet was being created for them.  If they logged in again an additional one would not be created, but if I delete or archive that blank sheet it creates a new sheet, there are no permissions set and nothing on the sheet whatsoever.  At first I thought this was an errant API script but I have now disabled all scripts and it is still creating a sheet everytime we log into it for each new player.  What on earth have I done and how do I fix this?

I tried to submit a helpdesk ticket and either I'm seriously misunderstanding their websites layout or their helpdesk is not taking help requests right now as I keep hitting send and it leads me right back to the page I was just on and doesn't tell me ANYTHING, it also doesn't ask me for what session my problem is occurring in so like...wtf?  Is this really how their help desk works?  Even comcast has atleast a "thank you for submitting your ticket" message.

Hi DM Eddie, Sorry for the trouble on this! We are constantly updating our help center and web form, so it sounds as though there may have been an error that made it through. So a pair of questions for you: 1. What is the name of the game you are seeing this issue crop up in? 2. Can you provide a flow of what options you are selecting on the help center that is causing it to stall? It sounds as though one of the required fields is not populated. Once we have a clear idea of which form is causing the trouble we can work to address that. Thank you!

My game with the ghost character sheet is "Copy Game One".  I have re-enabled all the scripts on the session as having them disabled wasn't stopping it so I assume its not script related.  I even tried deleting all the scripts that utilize character sheets like doorknocker, CRL, and Radar API and still no bueno(their characters are there in the session so it really didn't make sense that they'd be the culprits anyway).  As for the help center, I couldn't find the documentation for uploading a log file so I skipped over that last step, but when you hit the send button you load a new page that doesn't tell me I missed a step and just has everything entered waiting for me to hit send again.
