Packs I bought on the marketplace don't appear

I bought several packages for playing on Roll20 such as the "old world style" sets. The problem is, when I look for them in the menu of my campaigns, the items cannot be found. My only solution is to insert them manually on roll20 from the archive I downloaded but it isn't convenient at all. Do you have any idea on what to do to solve the problem?

Image packs are not located in the menu for campaigns. To access an image from an image pack you can use the Art Library tab (the right sidebar inside your campaigns) to search for the image or you can use the Art Library Manager (black star in the Art Library tab) and click on "Your Purchases".

Thank you for your answer, I know that I can access it from the art library tab (I just didn't know its name^^). But since 2 weeks it's been impossible to find the content I bought in this tab. Right now I am accessing it through "my purchases". That means that I have to download the package and upload it to roll20. This procedure is heavier than just using the library tab.

You should be able to see it in the my purchases tab of your library without having to download and upload them again. So you mean you use the my purchases tab from the marketplace?

Yes I use the puchase tab from the market place. I cant see my purchases in the library tab (the one accessible in-game).
