Using art legally for tokens

Greetings! I'm making tokens for a DnD game. Thing is, I'm going to stream on Twitch and post games on youtube. I want to avoid anything unethical. So, when I make tokens, what constitutes legal usage? For example, I could pull images from the MM, Volo, and Mordenkainen, but that gets limited fast. I could purchase on marketplace, but I can't find the same styles or quality as published materials. I prefer using stuff from the web, but I'm not sure if that okay. Advice is appreciated.

I would be wary of using a random image search. WotC has a fairly liberal fan content policy . I would guess you would be fine using any official art. I believe Paizo is equally liberal, but I would read their policy to make sure.

If you are going to stream, you really should get explicit permission first. Many marketplace creators have contact information available or inferable. I have found almost all marketplace creators to be very open to the use of tokens in uses like this.
