Pathfinder by Roll20 - Size Bonus only working for generic ranged + melee attacks and not BAB Max/BAB Full.

I have an Alchemist using bombs and has set up BAB Max + Dex to throw them. Despite him being a Small sized race and correctly selected, it doesn't get the +1 to attack rolls. The size bonus only seems to work for Melee/Ranged/CMB and not BAB Max, BAB Full, or Flurry of Blows. Is there any way to fix this under than having a random +1 to his attack rolls whenever he sets up a BAB Max attack?
