Hi guys thanks for checking this out! We are looking to start a new biweekly campaign. My homebrew setting is called Smythology and I've been building it for 15ish years by running every game I've ran in this setting. The setting is very sandbox to allow players to do what they want. Your actions will shape my world. We have 2 players who'd like to start a game on Mondays, time TBD. We need 2 or 3 more (4 is cool too) to make the party complete. Once the group is formed we will have a setting building session where we establish Age of Time, starting location in the world, level, theme, etc. of the campaign. There is no charge for this session and characters can be built after we build the setting. After that sessions are $15 each or you can grab 5 sessions for $60 (although for the rest of the year when you buy 5 sessions you get a 6th to gift to another player). I have a boosted Discord server where multiple campaigns are hosted and different one shot groups are formed. We are always happy to have new players so if you're interested in joining let me know. What to expect at my table/in my games: 1. Fun is the number one aim! 2. No jerks. I run inclusive games that respect players' boundaries. If something shouldn't be said at the table, it won't be. 3. Custom made battlemaps, wordmaps, etc. made by me! 4. Art commissions of party members, powerful items, and/or foes. 5. A humongous lore compendium available to peruse in your browser or download the One Note program to have a crispy version that includes history, maps, legends, and all sorts of other things to immerse yourself more in Smythology. 6. Calls between sessions to see what your character thinks about things, thoughts on the campaign, etc. Cool stuff about me you may want to know in regards to storytelling: 1. I have English and Writing degrees as well as TESOL certification. 2. I've ran several games that have ran/been going for over a year. 3. A D&D campaign isn't a DM vs Players scenario. I run games to find out what happens when we write a story together. (Though I still might kill your characters.) This game will require payment to the Game Master at a rate of $15/session via Paypal or other arranged method. Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements. Tipping is encouraged in whatever form you see fit to bestow upon the storyteller.
