People: We have a group of 5 players (in our late 20s/early 30s) looking for a long-term 5e campaign. Three of the players are newer to D&D while the remaining 2 are a bit more experienced, however, all 5 of us are enthusiastic for some sword and sorcery ! The group consists of 2 couples and a good friend so there should be no worry about chemistry. We all are looking forward to the feeling of being immersed in a world of your creation. Although we enjoy light-hearted banter, we try to stay true to our character's actions and be respectful of the world the GM creates. Timing: All 5 of us are EST. Given our professional schedules we would be looking to meet bi-weekly. The specific day/time is negotiable . Format and Campaign: We would prefer to have the campaign ran over Roll20 but are open to alternatives. Regarding the game content, w e are open to pretty much any campaign either premade or homebrewed. Our only constraint is that the campaign uses D&D5e rules, races, and classes. We would also prefer to create our own characters. We are acquainted with a pretty even split between combat, exploration, and rp. We usually like when there is at least 1 combat encounter in each session but beyond that we are up for whatever. Payment: We were hoping for a GM that would be willing to put time and thought into the campaign. To incentivize this and to be respectful of the value of the GM's time, our group would be willing to pay for these weekly sessions. We would be willing to pay $10-$15/player/session for a biweekly 4-hour session depending on your investment and workload. I should note that we don't have unrealistic expectation for over-the-top production value. We simply want a GM who takes pride in their world and campaign and is open and respectful of the decisions our party makes along our journey. Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements. If you are interested please reply to post or send PM. :)
