If you go to the configuration tab, are any of the skills not checked? This would mean they are hidden on the main tab. If there are any skills hidden that have ranks applied to them, that might be your phantom points. The only other thing I could think of would be that there may be some language related issue going. I think the sheet keys off of the default language on your browser, so you might change the language setting in your browser, reload your game, add/remove a skill rank to trigger the sheet worker to recalculate things, and see if that changes things. I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but there have been weird problems before that ended up being translation related. Keith, I think only the first editable column is skill ranks, the next is miscellaneous bonuses meant for race/class features or whatever, and the last are temporary bonuses including custom buffs you can check on and off as needed. That pair of 2s shouldn't be part of the tally of ranks spent. The column headers are cut off in the screenshot, so it is hard to tell if you've never really used that sheet.
