I agree that it is a good idea to allow a default token to be dragged from the sheet. The avatar image & the Default Token image can be 2 different pictures (sometimes called Portrait, and Token). It'd be useful to allow the Portrait (Avatar) to produce a graphic object on the tabletop of the Portrait/Avatar, which is not necessarily the Default Token of that character. If the Character has a Default Token (which isn't the same picture/shape as the Portrait/Avatar), then a way to produce the Portrait/avatar on the Tabletop should be drag the picture from the Bio, I think. The alternative normal way to place such a graphic object would be drag that picture from your Library, but in the case of a Player-Uploaded Portrait/Avatar onto their Character that image wouldn't be in the GM's library, so they should be able to drag-drop it from the Bio.
