These look really cool! I love the idea but I'd only want them to be animated on a character sheet. I think they'd be too distracting moving on the battlemap when only people using these tokens are the ones moving. Just my opinion.
Just tested your idea: You can use these animated tokens on your character sheets in Roll20 It might take a couple of minutes to upload the first time though. But once they're up, it works perfectly. PS. You can pauze the token animation on the map if it gets too distracting but the movements are subtle.
