Promoted GM can't access all macros from published adventure

I created a game with a marketplace purchased published adventure (Descent into Avernus) for a friend to DM. They only see a small portion of the included premade macros and rollable tables. At first I thought it might be that the macros are tied to my account as the creator of the game, but if that were the case, why can they still see a few of them? Any ideas on how to get them access to all of the adventures content?
Did you promote them to co-GM?
I did, yes. They have access to every other aspect of the module, but for some reason only a few of the macros/roll tables.

Only the game creator can see/edit those macros. You could edit them manually to include them specifically in the permissions. They would then be able to run them, but not open and edit them. This is why Roll20 includes a Macros handout in all modules (not sure if the practice goes back as far as BG:DiA) that has the full text of every macro. Without actually examining the game in question, I can only speculate fruitlessly why they can see some and not others.
That was my first thought as well. Thanks for the info, I'll check for the macro handout.
