"Ghost Token" after deleting Image

I cannot see the token or delete it but another player can, the dynamic light works as if there was a token and if I add a new token it becomea "ghost" as well. all images were uploaded to roll20, I tried reloading, switching devices, using other browser (Microsoft edge) and even using incognito but nothing changes to me. the black circles are where a token should be

I would suspect an Art Library issue. The token art may still be in the other players cache, but it has been deleted/corrupted in the Art Library. So the token has a blank image but all the dynamic lighting etc., still works.
