Roll20 Slowing Down

I'm receiving slowness. I have deleted most of my pictures save for the NPC pictures. I use jpegs as my encounter images. I upgraded my membership, thinking it would speed the game up. It made it worse. Whatever I do, the game just lags. Not sure where I made the wrong turn, hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks

There is a lot of info on the wiki. There is not only the primary page, but other pages linked from there that may be of interest: https://wiki.roll20.net/Optimizing_Roll20_Performance I'm not seeing any oddities on the server status page, but one possibility is that the server shard hosting your game is coming under a heavier usage load. You could try a full copy of your game (which generally ends up with it on a different shard) to see if that helps. http://status.roll20.net/
Subscription doesn't change the loading as far as I know, as Kraynic mentions, I would try to test copying the campaign or making a new campaign just to see if something changes. Maybe having another shard helps or maybe is your connection?, this last point could be checked if an empty campaign has the same issues.
Thanks For the reply and for pointing me in the right direction with the links. I will read through the content and try copying my campaign. Thanks again, everyone! :0)
