Changing the order of the journal (moving, deleting, adding items) makes everything collapse. (following steps 1-4 of Solving Technical Issues)

First, I am trying to follow Steps 1-4 of https://wiki.roll20.net/Solving_Technical_Issues I use Windows Insider Preview (Developer) w/ Windows 11 Pro. I have used two different browsers (Chrome, Firefox) w/ all extensions disabled (and/or removed). Everything is up to date on this laptop. I'm OCD about that. I've cleared everything so many times, it's practically a "Clean Room" (a dumb joke) My PC has 2 TB of SSD, 16 GB of RAM, and I set up the VRAM w/ 100,000 MB. That should be plenty. Yes, the graphic card is a Nvidia GX-2060. The PC is less than a year old and cost more than several months' rent. That shouldn't be the issue. When I move journal entries (moving, deleting, adding items), the entire journal hierarchy closes. I've tried a variety of game sessions. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
I will use the term tree structure to represent the hierarchy of folders and sub-folders. I've discovered that since this is a very old campaign, some of the items date back to March 2020. Some of the oldest portions of the tree structures are most affected. I've recreated the broken branches/trees in those cases and transferred all the items (sub-folders, handouts and characters) into the newly created branches/trees. Then I delete the now empty broken branches/trees. I think there were glitches a long time ago with the branches/trees (folders/sub-folders), and I never reported them. I just assumed either roll20 or VTTES would fix them. One of them, probably roll20, partially fixed them over time. So, clearing out the broken portions is now my tedious task to do since this collapsing effect is very annoying. It's about 500-1000 items I need to move around altogether is my estimation of this project I've had to do to make things saner for me. I hope this helps someone that has a similar thing happening with them.
