Emily Floyd said: Hey folks! Apologies for the confusion. For a never-before-released title like Power Rangers RPG, our pre-order timelines are determined in coordination with when the publisher is releasing the game. Renegade Game Studios originally anticipated releasing Power Rangers RPG in December 2021, but is now expecting the product to launch in early 2022. You can visit their website for more information: https://renegadegamestudios.com/transformers-roleplaying-game-core-rulebook-pre-order/ Unfortunately our product page had not been updated to reflect that change, which is why you saw your preorder unlocking on December 31. We've fixed the page now, and you can rest assured that your pre-orders are still valid. As soon as the Power Rangers RPG is ready for release, the accompanying products will be unlocked for all accounts who have pre-ordered! I appreciate your patience, and look forward to bringing you this awesome new game as soon as it's unleashed upon the world. It is more of the "less than last minute" of changing the release date. If we were told a day or so before that this was changing, that would be a different story. This release was HOURS past with no notification. Had an entire party of players waiting to ring in the year with reading the new book. We stayed waiting and refreshing all night. It was supposed to release by 9PM pst....we waited until 2AM and multiple posts to try and figure this out. Now I am not going to refund since we have so much invested in Roll20, but I even put on your Facebook how I cannot trust your releases now. Even if it is Renegades fault for pushing it back, were you not told before hand to let everyone else know? Not even a courtesy email or message. I have been using Roll20 since release (love the VTT) and dealt with a lot of changes (recently you are doing well especially on the app) but no warning on pushbacks not only ruined our new years but shook our faith that any other releases that are delayed we cannot rely on you to let us know. Like I said, not going anywhere, but I feel let down. Not mad at the fact ot was pushed back, it was the lack of communication over it. It made me feel lied to. Hopefully this doesn't happen again.
