Maps pan weirdly when zoomed all the way out

Any time I zoom all the way out to 10% in a map, the map camera immediately pans so far south that the entire map has scrolled off the top of the screen.  Trying to manually pan the camera back to the north by using the scroll bars at the edge of the frame causes the camera to return to its position beyond the south edge of the map immediately as soon as I let go with the mouse. This is especially annoying when I use the mouse wheel to zoom, because after zooming out, I can't zoom back in easily (since, due to a different bug, the mouse wheel ignores your Roll20 settings and always pans instead of zooming if your cursor is to the south of the map's edge). This happens in both Firefox 95 and Chrome 97.  Obviously this is an old bug that's existed for as long as I can remember using Roll20.  But apparently the dev team needs a reminder.  It's rather unbelievable that the map engine even exists in this state. If my software did this, I wouldn't release it yet.

You should use the Help Center and Send a request to get Roll20 attention. This is community support.
Uh, no.  If this were community support it wouldn't be called "bug reports."  There is a stickied post in this forum by the Roll20 staff saying that this is the place to submit official bug reports.

Actually, it says: If you have found something that does not seem quite right (or does not function as advertised), please let us know by submitting a request at the following link -  Technical Issues Request The link leads to the page for filling out a  Help Center Request . This forum was originally for bug reports to the team, but Roll20 has gotten far too big for the forum to be an efficient way to track and respond to bugs. So about two years ago, a concerted effort was made to advertise the Help Center. Filing an issue there will automatically generate a ticket, and the ticket will be assigned to the appropriate team. You may not always get a personalized response, if many people have filed the same issue, but the information provided, especially the Console Logs ( Chrome ,  Firefox ) give them valuable data. The bugs forum does occasionally get team responses, when an issue is big or critical enough, or if there is a quick answer, but mostly, it is community support nowadays. The name and forum persist, mostly because a LOT of problems are simple enough to be more quickly resolved by community members. I have lobbied for a name change, but nothing has come of it at this point.
