Allow players to use the tooltip function

Also, add a checkbox so only the DM can see tooltips (for monster and NPC tokens, obviously).

Which tooltips?  There are a lot of tooltips in Roll20.  Not the ones that appear when mousing over an object in the art library, to show the graphic at a larger resolution, I assume.

Also let us add line breaks and tabs give us more characters so we can do things like mouseover price lists and menus for shops.
