Hi Rodrigo! If you want to get dev eyes on this, you should file it in a&nbsp; Help Center Request , and include your Console Log. It's unlikely to be seen in a random forum post. The request will create a ticket.

No need to apologize! I've been asking for this forum to be name changed for a long, long time. It's closer to "Community Help", although occasionally devs will pop in and check around. The Help Center is just more likely to get a response.
