I am a DM, but wish to play in a game with one of the players with my group. Preferably a Saturday night game. Also looking for a campaign that will last 10+ levels. Either a homebrew or a group/Dm that will play through a few modules. He wants to play a Wizard with the following semi backstory that can be modified depending on campaign. Born to a modest family of leatherworkers, Warren lived a commoner's life until one fateful evening he met a man willing to show him a thing or two about magic. His new found teacher exchanged magic pointers and theory for drink as Warren eagerly absorbed any and all information he could. Soon the man had to move on from the quaint village Warren lived in and a week after that Warren set out on his journey to hone his craft! Taking the most direct route possible, our would-be hero managed to turn a two week journey into a three month one. Eventually however, he arrived. With eyes practically glittering in anticipation he stepped foot through the doorway to a new and exciting future. A month, several reprimands, a thoroughly charred research lab, two restraining orders and dire warnings should he ever return later - and Warren is now homeless, drifting from town to town doing basic manual labor and darkly muttering about those "Damned fossils and getting in the way of REAL magic..." all the while I personally want to play my Bard. He is born a farmer/former militia captain and an elven woman. He lived a life on the farm, but his wanderlust got him and at eighteen he joined the militia then after a couple of years he began his adventuring career. He will be a half elf bard, that will go fighter multiclass with the the interception fighting style if available, and also go with the polearm mastery feat at 4th lvl (if allowed). Direct message me if you are interested and have room for a wizard and bard in a group. Thank you for your time.
