We will be running Forgotten Relics, the introductory adventure from Eberron: Rising from the Last War. This is a great intro to the pulp-noir setting of Eberron. You'll see familiar faces: elves and gnolls, wizards and bards, but in an urban, swashbuckling adventure world that is very different from the medieval fantasy typical of D&D campaigns. We will be playing over three sessions, Fridays Jan 14, 21, and 28th. If the group completes the main adventure early, and makes the right choices, there will be a 'bonus mission' at the end. There are some amazing scenes for social role play in this adventure. Characters will have a background relevant to the story, but we will not be focusing heavily on how everyone got here. The combat in this adventure is set up for fast, exciting play. This game features encounters that really emphasize the difference between Eberron and the other D&D settings. There is one scene in particular that players who enjoy tactical combat will enjoy. This game encourages tipping the Game Master via StartPlaying.games.
