Oracle of War is a full length D&D Adventurers' League campaign set in the pulp-noir, steampunk-like world of Eberron. We will not be strictly following League rules, and there will be some homebrew added.
In this adventure, players will begin by exploring the Mournland, a region twisted beyond recognition by the disaster that ended the Last War two years ago. The group will hunt for lost artifacts left behind when the population of Cyre was wiped out and the few survivors fled for their lives.
The Salvage Bases and Missions supplement gives the party the option to build their own custom base using parts salvaged from the Mournland. The base could become an impregnable fortress or a mobile operations center that can travel into the deepest places.
This will be a long-term campaign played every Sunday beginning January 16th at 8 PM Eastern Time (5 PM Pacific). I expect the campaign to last 1-2 years and go from lev 1 to 20. We will skip some holidays but otherwise it will be very rare for sessions to be canceled or weeks skipped. I would like to see a well-coordinated group for this game, so we will start with an extensive session zero where we will discuss our plans both in and out of character. The group will start already working together. We will be voting on who they work for and picking backgrounds during session zero. We will also cover all the usual session zero material, such as table rules, safety cards, content warnings, etc. This game will require payment to the Game Master at a rate of $15 per player per session paid via StartPlaying.games.
