Looking for Basic Fantasy RPG or D & D 4e

I can play on most saturdays and live in the US central time zone. I have never played a real rpg but have a level 1 character for both BF and D & D. My D & D character is a halfling rogue and I would need help maintaining the stat sheet because all I have is the red starter box. For BF RPG I am the alt Gamemaster (for what little it is worth because all my group does is screw around) for my real life group and can fulfill any role with my 15 + spare characters. (note: some work is still required (ie I have about six complete, Five just needing to purchase gear, and the rest are just stats that I rolled and thought that I could make into a character at some point.))

Your bfrpg characters use what supplements or are they core rule based? I'm in the process of building another campaign here but it's not ready yet.

I have some that are core and one of most of the supplementary classes. My one that I use for my RL group is a halfling scout (thief subclass). My favorite that I haven't gotten to try out is Brother Solomon of Orm, a human cleric would that work? I was in charge of creating all the characters for my friends so I rolled a lot of characters and only saved the best so they might be a bit overpowered. I tend to run house rules with my games so I would have to look it over before I would say yes or no to it. Are you a member of the BFRPG forum also? If not you should join it. There is a very active crowd there for working on the system and such. Very friendly also.

Yup. I post there a few times when I have a question or opinion about the system since I run a BFRPG pbp game and a roll20 BFRPG game which I host both on Mayhem Gaming.

Will an all core rules thief version of my scout work. My other version had a rich benefactor beginning made by our DM so equipment was no prob. I went back to the money that I rolled at character creation and used that though. Thus I have an unarmored but fairly well equipped thief. Would you like me to email or share the file with you?
