In D&D, some monsters have abilities that "recharge" after a set condition (possibly on a rest, sometimes every round if a 5 or 6 is rolled, etc.) As it is, this ability is written into the name of the action on the sheets. This means that if I have a dragon breathe fire on the players, but that breath only recharges on rounds with a 5/6, now the players know that and will metagame accordingly because it appears as such in the roll log. This can be slightly prevented by changing the title, but then I still have to put the recharge info somewhere , and even if it's in the description, that still shows up in the chat log. So ultimately I end up creating a second ability with the same name but nothing else under it, and then changing the title of the actual ability to use that , but this takes so much extra time and doesn't always work if I'm pulling a random monster from the compendium on the fly instead of something I previously took the time to build. Suggestion : There should be a separate field somewhere that doesn't display publicly to handle recharges.
