Roll20 not working on the IPad

Hi,  My players cannot see anymore the maps when they log in using their Ipad. They can write in the chat and roll the dices but the maps are black... Could you please assist with that?

Is it only iPad players having the issue or all players? Your best bet probably is to file a  Help Center Request . That will get a ticket assigned to your issue.

Run with legacy dynamic lighting unless you want to dedicate your groups playtime to be this companies non-existent quality assurance department.  

He is the only Ipad player and he is stuck on "loading"
