Another thread posted this bug, and I honestly thought this was specific to my sessions as I have a few scripts that I thought might be causing it but from that thread I am now convinced this is happening more often than just my tables. I dunno what the exact cause is, I suspect it is "possible infinite loop" crashes that cause it, but the actions in the center of the 5e by Roll20 sheet are duplicating on session spinup. Spell actions that are linked to the spell page will break and clicking the spell actions will do nothing, only the newest set of duplicates will actually work for spells. Its not just limited to spell actions though, it will also duplicate any weapons that are equipped in the inventory also. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like right now in my session for one of my players, keep in mind that every Tuesday night, all of my players go in and delete their duplicates so between last tuesday night and now, its duplicated the actions this many times.
