Can I redefine critical success/failure for the entire game?

We're playing a game where lower rolls are better, where a critical success on a d100 is a 1 or a 2, and a critical failure is a 98, 99, or 100. I am aware that I can mark up each individual roll like this  [[1d100cf>98cs<2]] and that gets the job done but it is tedious to apply that to every roll. Is there no global success/failure that I could set for the entire game? If there is, I can't seem to find it, so please try to be specific. Thanks a lot.

Sheet Author
That sort of thing is something that is usually incorporated in character sheet code, so that all the roll buttons would use that syntax for their rolls.  Of course, that basically means that the sheet author is doing that exact thing, but it is done for you.  There aren't any settings that I am aware of that would make a system wide change to the basic dice roller without needing to specify in each macro.
