Uploaded Images mangled and displayed as tight vertical lines

Hi Everyone! I'm having an issue with uploaded images. I noticed it after creating a new game and when I tried to take an image and put it as the banner image for the game. The image when uploaded looks like a bunch of vertical lines. An image before uploading How it ends up on the banner ... and how it looks in my art library's recent uploads (the lamps were uploaded before yesterday — before this problem started): My Quota looks fine Things I've tried to fix it Different images Smaller images Removing browser add-ons Different Browsers (Firefox and Chrome) Uploading to the Art Library (instead of the game banner)

I haven't seen that before. You should use the Help Center and Send a request to get Roll20 staff attention and a ticket to track your issue. It's mostly community support here. 

Try resaving it, possibly in a different format. Make sure the original is no larger that the suggested size.

I don't know.  I just downloaded that image and installed it as the cover image for a test game of mine. The only thing I could think of would be there was some communication hiccup between you and the servers when you uploaded this.  It is only 326kb and .jpg format, so should be fine.  I would say delete the old ones out of your library and try the upload again.

I was able to do so as well, changing the "mid.png" to "orig.png" in the web address to make sure I got as close to your original file as possible.

Thanks everyone for the feedback! I was just able to fix the photo by logging in to my desktop as another user, so it seems like it's something on my end, and at the very least I have a work-around. If I figure it out I'll post the answer here. Thanks again for all the tests and suggestions! Game on!!!
