Video freezing every ten minutes or so

Anyone else having the issue where you video freezes every few minutes or so? If you reconnect twice it fixes itself, but it happens so many times during a game, I hope it doesn't stay this way. I'm in Firefox (I can't use Chrome due to the handouts not opening more than once bug) and happens on various computers and only in games I GM. It seems to not happen when playing. Any thoughts or anyone else have this issue? I've searched for this and seen some old posts but nothing new? I've tried clearing cache, etc. Thanks!

Sometimes we have issues at the start of the session, until everyone has a proper connection. Once that happens though, the video is usually pretty reliable. We use Discord for audio. If for some reason, it makes any difference, you can set handouts to pop out in the VTT instead of a separate window and avoid that Chrome bug.

There's also a Chrome workaround. If you reload a popout instead of closing it, it will turn blank. You can then close it. It will re-open properly without refreshing the entire session.

Thanks @keithcurtis for the responses. As for the freezing, this happens throughout the session, not just at the beginning and only with me. I've discovered it also happens when I am a player but only about twice in three hours versus like every ten minutes when GMing. Seeing that I've tried on two different PCs, it has to be something with either Roll20, my camera, or my internet. I've eliminated all other options. It also didn't use to do this. This is maybe only a few months old now. Very frustrating. Are you suggesting the Chrome fixes because you think maybe the video bug won't happen in the in Chrome? I believe I've tried using the popout mode and non-popout mode in Chrome for the handout bug and it still happens. Is that something Roll20 knows about but can't fix? I've seen some posts about this bug and it seems old. Thanks.
