Is it possible to share any of the materials I buy, as a player?

Hi folks, As far as I know, this is the right forum for this question, but please tell me if that's not the case. One of our long-running campaigns (that I've been DMing) is being put on hold, and one of my friends wants to take a turn at DMing. All well and good, but in my friend group I've been the one forever DMing, so I've been the one buying stuff like books for player options (like Tasha's) and map and tile packs. Is there any way to share any of those materials as a player? Or is the best option just using the co-DM option with this account, and playing off a different player account?

I believe your best option is to do the Co-DM thing, although you don't necessarily need a new player account, when you log in to the game on the settings tab (Gear Icon) you should have an option to rejoin as player.  Click that button, or right-click and copy the link and bookmark the link and use that bookmark to join the game.
We tried to do the co-DM thing, and I don't seem to be having an option to actually share any of my own Compendium material. My friend can allow the content for the game, in the sense that I have the customization options available for me, but seemingly no one else at the table. Is there a setting we missed, or no, this is the best we can do? In which case, it seems like co-DMing is actually adding anything. :(

This link should answer your questions, but in a nutshell, if the creator (not necessarily GM) of the game allows a compendium source on the settings page of the game, it should be available to all players of that game, depending on number of sharing slots available. IOW, you need to create the game, enable sharing, promote your friend to GM and join as player.
Thanks. That seems like it fixes almost everything, with one big hole: if my friend is trying to run a module (Wild beyond the Witchlight; gifted it to him), I don't see a way to proceed. If I create the game, I can give everyone Tasha's (and the rest), but I can't add the module my friend has (and I'd rather not double the purchase), and neither can he if I promote him to co-GM. If he creates the game, he can add the module, and can allow stuff from player option books, but that only shows up for the people who already own those. Is there some way to actually fix that?

"Fix" it? No, unfortunately, sharing assets doesn't work that way. The only solution I can think of off the top of my head is to contact customer service (  Help Center Request ) and see if they would be willing to transfer the module to your account. Roll20 policy doesn't allow for mixing paid content between accounts.
Yeah, I was afraid of that. I guess the solution if we have a group going is to designate one person, or just have an account specifically set up to receive the materials and host the stuff, letting co-GMs do stuff as needed. Thanks for all the help!
