I do have minor auditory processing issues and I want to be sure that you can be understood by me and the other players. - Characters will be created as a group after players are selected and invited into the group discord. Me: Hey! My name is Mariposa Manalo (They/Them). I am a longtime RPG fanatic of 14+ years with varying experience and research on a wide variety of different games. It'd be an understatement to say I have a passion for the medium, and I seek to turn that passion into a profitable project! You: THIS GAME IS NEW PLAYER FRIENDLY. Apply and you're in! I am accepting and friendly to a diverse range of players of any background in or out of the hobby. The Game: Legendary Planet is a ‘Sword and Planet’ style adventure path designed to be played from 1st level all the way to the 20th. Think of John Carpenter, or any iteration of He-Man/ She-Ra, and even Harrow the 9th for genre aesthetics and writing beats. Five average adventurers from Faerun are abducted into an escapade across the galaxy seated deeply in sci-fi weirdness, without straying too far from the tropes and trappings of contemporary fantasy! Despite being a module, character backstories will matter, and the material can be/has been adjusted starting from the very first act! Why Pay: A few reasons: - Players are given greater agency in a game where their dollar counts. - I as the GM am given greater incentive to engage the players, and make the content as exciting as it can possibly be - No skipped sessions, not a single one barring debilitating illness or dire personal business of course! - A growing library of stuff that I've, up to this point, been unable and un-needing to pay for including D&D beyond materials, map and token assets, a roll20 subscription ETC. - Contributing to the livelihood of an individual (me) who is excited to start turning their hobby into a serious practice and potentially career path.
