Unable to add turns to the Initiative tracker in my game

Whenever I click add turn on a token nothing happens, the same when I attempt to add a custom item. It's working smoothly in my other games.
same here!! seems the turn order is broken
Hey folks, I am not able to reproduce this on my end. Could you provide the name of any games where you are seeing this? "Add turn" was mentioned are you able to add custom items via the Turn Order Settings? If you are using a compatible sheet, are you able to do rolls that automatically add the token to the turn tracker?

Its hard to tell what OP implied but they did use fishy wording there that kinda implies their DM gave them a token action to roll initiative with, most common token action to roll initiative is the group init command.  As you hopefully  are aware of, is that the vast majority of the popular API scripts that manage initiative currently are all broken in the one clicks cause you never told the scripters you were changing how things work on the back end and their scripts all broke.  They all have fixes but we have to manually install them, it might be wise to merge their fixes to avoid posts like this one.
I am the DM, sorry if my post was unclear with how I worded it. I'm unable to add any turns to the initiative tracker, whenever I attempt to add something to the tracker nothing happens, even through "add custom items" in the Turn Order Settings. Rolling initiative via the 5e character sheet also doesn't work.  The name of the game is Iras.
Hey I pressed "remove all turns" and that somehow worked, might work for you too @Fabrice L.

Maybe you should read this subject as apparently all initiative tracker bugs recently have been tracked by TheAaron. <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/10666973/group-initiative-bug/?pageforid=10667240#post-10667240" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/10666973/group-initiative-bug/?pageforid=10667240#post-10667240</a>

"Add Turn" on the token popup (which was the problem as described in the top post) appears to be working for me. That would be a different issue than the API problem. FWIW, Add Custom Turn on the tracker dialog box is working as well.
I had the same problem.&nbsp; I think it resulted from having the Turn Tracker up between game sessions.&nbsp; Logging in after the first session showed the turn tracker as empty of tokens, and selecting Add Turn on a token didn't show anything in the Turn Tracker.&nbsp; Selecting "Remove All Turns" from the Turn Tracker (after the session, when Googling showed this thread), as UncleRav suggested, worked to allow subsequent token "Add Turn"s.
