Fog of War, Explore Mode

Heylo !   I couldn't find "advanced" options for the player characters to set their dim/dark vision info, so I am trying to figure out how to to set up fog of war and explore mode together. What I am getting is a completely black map (using a second account to view as a player simultaneously) and I can only reveal things manually which will be a chore. Not sure if this is my ignorance to this system or a technical issue but help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you  !

Hi Canuck Nomad! Fog of War and Dynamic Lighting are separate things now. Dynamic Lighting does have this functionality though. Here is a Help Center Article on the Darkness Tool .
Hello Keith, thank you for the reply.  So after looking over the post you referenced I am having this issue, I can't see the tokens on the map as a player or as the GM (I have a separate account to simulate the player).  I have fog of war off, dynamic lighting on, and explorable darkness on as well as in the quick tools on the left of the screen it is set to explorable.

If a token does NOT have Vision, you are not able to see it on the map (and your players cannot see their tokens in the darkness either!). To do this click on a token, then on the gear Symbol. After that click on the Tab "Dynamic Lighting"...

It might be helpful to have screen shots of the token settings, the page settings and the VTT view.
Thanks for the new reply Keith,  here are the screen shots you requested.   I tried setting the token to low light only, dark vision only etc.
Move the token once, but also, just use legacy dynamic lighting at the bottom and abandon this hot mess.  UDL conflicts with so many browser setups that you wind up wasting a ton of time and dictating what each player should and shouldn't have installed on their pc's.  Thats a bit too invasive for my taste and I'm not going to freely troubleshoot roll20's poor design.  Legacy Dynamic lighting always works.(period).  You would have to overhaul everytoken and page setup for LDL sadly(even though they clearly have a way to do this for you since theres a setting outside to convert LDL to UDL...but not the other way around).  They have gone out of their way to make us all use this very buggy UDL and made stepping down to LDL a chore.  Very counterintuitive to punish the paying customer for not liking their new feature.

Hi Canuck Nomad, Some things to check: The player account and token are on the same page as the player flag (you have not Split the Party) Try moving the token one square (select all and use the cursor keys) Token is on the token layer Verify that your second account is assigned as a controller of that token. If none of that works, feel free to shoot me a PM. If you add me and promote me to GM, I'd be happy to investigate some time today.
