Character sheet attack actions descriptions

In the description field I add notes to the the attack like... Fighting Style: Great Weapon Fighting : if you roll a 1 or 2 consider a dmg reroll. Can I have those descriptions send only to me in the chat and not bother the DM or other players?
I can't remember the syntax and am not home on my pc. That fighting style is technically optional but I cannot think of a single reason why anyone would NOT use it automatically. You should put it on by default. I think its something like XdXro<2 or something like that.

That syntax is correct. You can replace that in the attack description. As for having part of a roll template visible only to the sender? Probably not easily done.

There are optional reroll features out there where you want a prompt to remind you but in that fighting styles practical use, you will always want to use it. Its important to do ro cause I believe the wording in the fighting style specifically says only reroll them once so there is a chance of rerolling a 2 into a 1. Thats the only downside to the feature but well worth it. Alternatively you could manually override yours to ro 1's so that you never get rarely ripped off with the above scenario but I wouldn't dwell on it, just go as is.
