D&D 5e creating text boxes in NPC sheets?

I'm going to be running a pirate campaign with a ship that has components all of which have health bars, are there editable text boxes that will save their values I could put into the traits segment of the NPC sheets that the players could edit on the fly for component health rather than going into edit mode every time there's combat? If not, is there a way I could do it in a handout and use that as the ship's stat block?

If nothing else, you could just use the Attributes & Abilities tab and create attributes to link to tokens (sails, masts, hull sections, deck sections, or whatever).  What I did for something similar once was to have a map that was split with the main play area being the top 2/3 or so, with the bottom being a large image of the vessel.  I then used transparent tokens with a small aura to place over the various parts and tracked their durability there.
