Show button for Tooltips on Tokens (still) doesn't save when token is saved as default for a character sheet

I know this has already been reported, but the thread has been locked as 2+ months old and it's not fixed, which is not encouraging. It looks like a great feature (I've just come back on after several months break) but in its' current form it's basically useless. So Bump :)

Whenever I use tokenmod with tooltip entries the website crashes. I have to reload as the whole vtt becomes unresponsive. There is serious issue with the tooltip, I wanted to use it as an alternate way to show stealth checks to free up statusmarkers but every dang time each players browser crashes. So I don't think its just that about tooltips. Here is a video of the behavior when tokenmod is used to deal with a token's tooltip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZdsYgQX9oo

Can you post the token-mod command being issued in that video? I'd like to try and replicate. When tooltips first came out, I used token mod to move some info I had been storing in a bar into the tooltip and did it for a page full of tokens without issue.

Yes, this issue was flagged by me in the feedback for the initial release of tooltips and I reported it sometime later. My workaround is to correct the first monster token I drag to the map, then copy & paste that token until I have the correct number of tokens.
I'm back after quite some time and saw the tooltip today. I thought it was great, but encountered the same issue as Hugh Foster described. Andrew R. , did you submit a bug report? IIRC, the roll20 folks don't really do anything about issues mentioned here unless an official bug report is submitted. -- Tim

There was an official feedback thread at the time. Usually those are monitored by a team member. It was reported there, along with a few other items that were not implemented. Such as the ability to make it GM-only, like the options for nameplates, bars and auras.
