I'm the Dm for two of my three games, Lost Earth and Girrrllls Night Out, im unable to access either of the games as a dm and I'm not sure why, since I am able on the website.
You should use the Help Center and Send a request to get Roll20 staff attention and a ticket to track your issue. It’s mostly community help here. IIRC the Roll20 app is designed for players and not for DM / GM use.
