Does turning back on make a difference? It's listed as a recommendation in  System Requirements & Best Practices  under Dynamic Lighting in the Help Center.

I too am noticing insane graphic lag when viewing any of my sessions today.  I suspect something funky went on with the latest patch.  I am seeing this even on a simple page with LDL on even.  Honestly, its behaving as if I had the third party tools installed(I don't).  The cursor moves with lag and moving the screen around the map is lagged, like input lag.
Bump Things I've done:  1. Chrome with Hardware Acceleration turned ON 2. Reduced number of open tabs and cleared the cache 3. No extensions running  4. My laptop is less than 2 years old The instant I turn on Dynamic Lighting, my ability to scroll over the map smoothly or move tokens around quickly falls away.

Just for the hell of it, just to see if it's the same across browsers.
