problems with ToA

I have been a member of the site for several years but took some time off to play irl. My group switched back to roll20 to accommodate a player that moved. But using the TOA module trying to roll in the game looks like this:  please ignore the wordle on the second screen but note the not-rolls in the chat. It has done that for a few weeks now. We also cannot see when others use the measure tool or the ping, and I cannot ping them and move the players automatically as the dm. We can see when others draw on the map. I think it is a problem with the module, I ran the Lightless Beacon CoC module for some folks and that worked fine. Any ideas?

If you clear the chat archive, does that change things? (You will lose the chat history, but it might fix the issue.)

Do you have all your players promoted to GMs? Or are they sharing your account?

Sarah's suggestion is almost certainly the issue: A game's Creator is often able to fix issues with their Text Chat by  clearing the Chat Archive  (note: not  clearing your current Chat Log ). A GM might want to copy/back up the Chat Archive before the Creator clears it.
