Interest Check D&D 3.5

Hi, I am really wanting to run a campaign or two of 3.5.  I would run it in either Caen (the world of the Iron Kingdoms Full Metal Fantasy), Greyhawk, or Forgotten Realms.  I live in the USA's Pacific time zone and am willing to run a voice based game or test only if that is what everyone desires.  The game would be ran as 3 or 4 hour sessions dependent on players and could be ran weekly or bi-weekly again dependent on what the players can do.  A Preference for afternoons or evenings during the week or weekend, just would need about 4 solid players.  The races and players would be limited to the Core Book for Greyhawk and Forgotten Realms game (though the races in FG Campaign could be used) and the Iron Kingdoms Full Metal Fantasy book if playing in Caen,  Anyway, let me know what you think, yeah or nay?  Campaign world interest, times able to play, days open, and weekly or bi-weekly. Oh, and if anyone is running a 3.5 game and have room I might be interested in joining!
That sounds awesome, not many 3.5 DM left.
Thank you.  I agree, not many 3.5 ads ever, kind of sad.
Depending on when the games sre I would be down.   To be honest though I never got I to all the extra stuff that came out with 3.5 just the core rule book.
I'm new to 3.5, but I have lots of 5e experience, and some pathfinder experience. I'd love to be able to talk more about what type of game this would be. My discord is Kakiro#7396

I am still trying to see when players are available so no time or day as of yet.  Could you tell me about what days and times you could be available?  Having the Core book is good no matter what.  I will be helping players with character creation no matter the system.  I really would love to make the game in the Caen world, but as I stated I have a few selections depending on player interest.  I will post a little about that world soon. Thank you for responding to my post Mami

I would be very interested.  I played 3.5 for years and then put D&D down for a decade.  Recently, I started played fifth edition.  I probably have around 5 to 7 of the old 3.5 hardback books.
A bit more information on The Iron Kingdoms Full Metal Fantasy   This is the setting for the world of Caen.  This is a steam punkish type of world where magic and mechanics mixed together has produced trains, and constructs used in battles by the nations of western Immoren (the location of the Campaign).  Flintlock Pistols and rifles are available and creatures unheard of in the standard realms of Dungeons and Dragon are present. Some of the standard races are not available in western Immoren/Caen.  You will not find any gnomes or halflings, nor half-orcs or half-elves.  While there are elves, two types, the Ios and the Nyss which don’t really care much for each other, and dwarves the setting has a few other player races available.  Here you can find gobbers (goblins) and bogrin (a more savage and larger goblin) which are a bit different than goblins elsewhere.  There are also ogrun which are somewhat like orcs though they are larger, and trollkin which are a fantastic race related to the trolls of Caen, although they are intelligent and are able to live among the human races. Speaking of humans, this setting has many ethnicities of humans and players can take advantage of ability adjustments as well as other specifics each ethnicity brings to the table. If you ever played any wargames, there is a game called Warmachines (and another called Hordes) which was created off the RPG and has had much success.  I can’t explain all of what western Immoren has to offer here but I can say that it has been around for some time and even now has a new 5e book, though they change up the setting a bit from 3.5e to 5e versions.   No matter what world setting I use my desire is to run a mature 18+ game where players join together to form a party with mutual interest to gain experience and make a difference in their lives and possibly the world about them.  The game would be rp (role-play heavy as I mentioned previously), but will also have plenty of chances for combat and action as well.  Players may also add to the campaign by information they provide in their background and possible actions taken within the world. The campaign starting location on Caen will be likely within the nation of Cygnar, with the PCs starting out knowing each other or at least one other pc.  Players will have to come up with how the PCs know each other and this can be as detailed as the players desire to make. I still can’t state a time or day yet, but as that will depend on the overall common available/open days and times that players will be able to play.

Yeah!  Okay awesome, do you have a list of available days and times (or a range) that you would be able to participate?
The only book besides the PHB Core book that would be advised is the Iron Kingdoms Character Guide Book which is available on PDF, though the book is out of print.  To help you find the book if you are interested in adding it to your collection the see image (as there are several Iron Kingdom books and versions out there).  That image says a lot, the construct is called a warmachine and one of the two characters are controlling it!
